Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong domain expertise in Life Sciences and hands-on experience with Veeva applications. The role involves managing end-to-end program delivery, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary interface between clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple programs/projects within Life Sciences domain (Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Commercial).
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of Veeva-based solutions (e.g., Vault, CRM) ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring stakeholder alignment, communication, and satisfaction.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and QA teams.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, EMA).
  • Drive program-level reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Program/Project Management within Life Sciences.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and/or Veeva CRM.
  • Domain expertise in one or more areas: Clinical, Regulatory (RIM), Quality, or Commercial.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Strong understanding of GxP compliance and validation processes.
  • Experience working with global clients/stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
  • Exposure to Agile / Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Veeva implementation/rollout programs.
