An established global architecture and design practice is seeking a Bids & Marketing Manager to join its Mumbai studio. This is a key role focused on driving bid strategy, supporting business development, and elevating the studio’s marketing presence across a diverse and high-profile project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and coordination of bids, proposals, and tender submissions
- Collaborate with design and leadership teams to develop compelling, client-focused responses
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Develop engaging content including project narratives, credentials, and marketing collateral
- Manage and grow digital channels, including website and social media platforms
- Support business development through targeted campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Coordinate award submissions and client-facing presentations
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise marketing activity to improve reach and engagement
About You:
- 3–6 years’ experience in bids, marketing, or business development within architecture or engineering (essential)
- Proven experience preparing high-quality bid submissions and marketing materials
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media strategy and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop preferred)
- Fluency in English, Hindi is essential; Marathi is desirable
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
