Job Overview

 

We are looking for a GTM Engineer / Growth Operator to join our team and help build and scale outbound and growth systems.

In this role, you will work closely with the founders to design, implement, and optimize systems that drive pipeline generation and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful,

hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

●            Outbound Systems: Build and scale outbound engines using tools such as Clay, Smartlead, and Apollo, covering workflows across data sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and campaign execution.

●            Personalized Outreach: Design and automate cold outreach campaigns with a strong focus on personalization and conversion into meaningful conversations.

●            Pipeline Generation: Drive top-of-funnel pipeline and manage initial prospect interactions, ensuring consistent generation of qualified opportunities.

●            Growth Experiments: Continuously test, iterate, and optimize messaging, targeting, and channels to improve conversion rates and overall pipeline quality.

●            Content & Distribution: Own LinkedIn and company social presence, contributing to content that drives inbound interest and engagement.

●            Automation & Tooling: Develop and maintain workflows that reduce manual effort and improve scalability of outreach and growth processes.

●            Collaboration: Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

●            1 – 4 years of experience in growth, business development, or GTM-related roles, preferably in a startup environment.

●            Strong understanding of outbound, pipeline generation, and go-to-market systems.

●            Hands-on experience with tools such as Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar platforms (or strong willingness to learn quickly).

●            Ability to independently build and execute workflows with minimal supervision.

●            Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert outreach into meaningful conversations.

●            High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.

 

Good To Have

●            Experience working in B2B SaaS or early-stage startups.

●            Exposure to automation tools, APIs, or no-code workflows.

●            Experience managing LinkedIn content or founder-led growth initiatives.

●            Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline tracking.
