Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in identifying client needs, providing technical and product support, and developing customized solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, delivering technical presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and providing after-sales support to address technical issues.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales with the ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and implementing technical troubleshooting processes
- Freshers with Good written and communication skills not less than 6.5 CGPA
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred
- Prior experience in dispensing systems or relevant industries is a plus
- Willingness to travel as part of job responsibilities
