Both businesses are scaling, and we are looking for someone to work directly with the founder and help manage day-to-day operations.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sales & Operations Coordinator to handle key business tasks across both companies.
This is a high-responsibility role. You will be involved in sales, operations, coordination, and research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations, send quotes, and follow up with clients
- Handle incoming leads and follow-ups for LUNEIQ
- Research compliance requirements for export countries and orders
- Conduct market research (new countries, opportunities)
- Coordinate with:
- SEO agency
- shipping/logistics companies
- social media team
- Handle general day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English (very important)
- Fast and responsive
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines
- Takes ownership and works independently
