About the Role

We’re hiring a Program Manager to own and scale key enterprise accounts for our flagship product, Collect AI—a next-gen platform transforming collections using AI and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding & implementation for enterprise clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs (Connect Rates, PTP conversions, call performance, etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
• Conduct MBRs/QBRs and showcase business impact
• Handle technical escalations (APIs, dialers, CRM integrations)
• Collaborate with product & engineering to resolve issues and build enhancements
• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Program Management / Customer Success / Technical Account Management (B2B SaaS)

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills (Excel, dashboards, data interpretation)
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and AI tools
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FinTech / Collections domain is a big plus

Pay range and compensation package

CTC : Upto Rs 10 LPA
