About the Role
We’re hiring a Program Manager to own and scale key enterprise accounts for our flagship product, Collect AI—a next-gen platform transforming collections using AI and multi-agent orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding & implementation for enterprise clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs (Connect Rates, PTP conversions, call performance, etc.)
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
- Conduct MBRs/QBRs and showcase business impact
- Handle technical escalations (APIs, dialers, CRM integrations)
- Collaborate with product & engineering to resolve issues and build enhancements
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Program Management / Customer Success / Technical Account Management (B2B SaaS)
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, dashboards, data interpretation)
- Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and AI tools
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FinTech / Collections domain is a big plus
Pay range and compensation package
CTC : Upto Rs 10 LPA
