Senior Accountant- Textile Manufacturing

Salary range: Rs 540000 – Rs 600000 (ie INR 5.4 – 6 LPA)

We are seeking to hire a Senior Accountant for our client within the Textile industry. The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience, demonstrate attention to detail, have a strong background in accounting and taxation, and be adept at coordinating with teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize monthly and annual financial statements independently.
• Compile Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and necessary supporting schedules.
• Submit GST returns and perform necessary reconciliations.
• Calculate and submit TDS returns; ensure prompt tax payments.
• Review ledgers and make necessary adjustment entries.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Tally Accounting Software along with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong capabilities in data organization and numerical precision.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Note

• Experience in accounting within the textile industry is essential.
• Ability to independently manage finalization processes.
• A stable employment history is preferred.
• Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
