  • Drivesalesexcellenceinitiatives,bestpractices,andstandardizedoperatingmodels. Planning, Performance & AOP Ownership
  • Drive the AnnualOperatingPlan(AOP)includinggoalsetting,targetallocation,performancetracking, and progress reviews.
  • Supportsalesplanningandperformanceanalysisacrossgeographies,segments,andproductlines.
  • Assistindevelopingdata-drivenforecasts,projections,andproductivitymetrics. Data Fluency & Analytics
  • WorkwithCRMandsalestoolstotrackpipelines,conversions,winrates,andgrowthKPIs.
  • Buildandmaintaindashboards,reports,andperformancescorecardsforleadershipvisibility.
