We combine modern nutrition science with Ayurvedic principles to deliver products that genuinely work. We’re building a small, high-quality customer experience team to match the standard of our products.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with a strong Ayurvedic background to lead our remote customer care team. You will be the senior point of contact for UK retail customers, supervising two associates and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality of our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and coach a small team of customer service associates
  • Handle escalated queries around product ingredients, health concerns, and wellness advice
  • Guide customers on Ayurvedic principles underpinning our formulations
  • Quality-check calls and drive continuous improvement in the team
  • Feed customer insights back to the product and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

  • BAMS degree or recognised Ayurvedic qualification strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in a wellness, clinical, or customer-facing advisory role
  • Excellent spoken and written English — confident communicating with UK customers
  • Experience supervising or mentoring a small team
  • Reliable home office setup with strong internet connection
  • Available to work 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST (aligned to UK business hours)
