Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of overall IT industry experience with 3-5 yrs hands-on exposure to development.
• Minimum 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience in core software development projects.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems or firmware development, AI/ML knowledge is must
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to manage projects with aggressive schedules and work with dynamic priority changes.
• Make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sectors like automotive, medical devices, IoT, cloud, consumer electronics, or aerospace.
• Experience with compliance and product certification processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
