ServiceNow delivery leader

We are looking for a “ServiceNow Delivery leader ” for our global IT services provider

Location: Pune

20+ years of managing ServiceNow projects

Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs across multiple clients
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle – from solution design to implementation and support
• Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standards
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, consulting, and operations
• Provide strategic direction on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap
• Mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 20+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with strong exposure to ServiceNow
• Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Deep understanding of:
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Service Request Management
• Configuration Management
• Hands-on experience in designing / customizing ServiceNow modules
• Strong knowledge of project delivery lifecycle and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
• Experience working with cloud technologies and SaaS environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and consultative mindset
