Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven professional who can take end-to-end ownership of paid growth across marketplaces and digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands both marketplace ads and performance marketing, and can drive results through campaign strategy, day-to-day optimization, creative inputs, keyword research, and business reporting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing ad spends across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Swiggy Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, while closely working with internal teams on content, pricing, listings, offers, and PDP improvements to improve conversion and scale revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Meta, and Google.
  • Drive performance across campaign types such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, PLA, keyword-led search campaigns, retargeting, catalog ads, and conversion campaigns.
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking for key KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, spend efficiency, and sales contribution.
  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, search term mining, negative keyword refinement, and budget reallocation to improve efficiency.
  • Identify scale opportunities across hero SKUs, new launches, seasonal pushes, and platform-specific opportunities.
  • Work closely with the creative/design team to improve ad creatives, banners, storefront assets, A+ / B+ content direction, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Partner with ecommerce, catalog, and operations teams to improve PDP quality, listing health, pricing competitiveness, stock availability, and campaign landing-page relevance.
  • Track and improve campaign performance through A/B testing of creatives, audience sets, keyword buckets, copy angles, and promotional hooks.
  • Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activity, keyword positioning, and platform opportunities to improve share of visibility.
  • Prepare structured daily, weekly, and monthly review reports with actionable insights and clear next steps.
  • Coordinate with agencies, platform teams, or account managers wherever required, while retaining strong internal ownership of outcomes.
  • Ensure clean tracking and measurement through platform analytics and relevant tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Marketplace Ads / Ecommerce Growth.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Amazon Ads
  • Flipkart Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Exposure to quick commerce / marketplace ad platforms such as Swiggy is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, AOV, and contribution mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage ad budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns.
  • Good understanding of marketplace ecosystem, including search visibility, listing quality, offers, catalog relevance, reviews, and conversion levers.
  • Strong analytical skills with high comfort in Excel / Google Sheets / reporting dashboards.
  • Familiarity with GA4, tracking pixels, attribution basics, and conversion event monitoring.
  • Ability to convert data into decisions, not just reports.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, agencies, and portal stakeholders.
