The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospective customers, explaining the value and benefits of Justdial’s products and services, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and providing excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Sales expertise with a focus on relationship building and result-oriented approaches
- Ability to conduct market research and identify prospective clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
- Team collaboration skills and independent problem-solving abilities
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement roles
- A graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the local market and the ability to travel locally as required
