Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Bengaluru with flexibility for partial remote work. The candidate will oversee and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing employer branding strategies, identifying staffing needs, and building a robust talent pipeline to support clients in the education sector.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes preferably in K-12 education (schools)
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidate qualifications
- Knowledge of Hiring practices and strategic talent acquisition
- Skills in Employer Branding to build and maintain a strong employer presence
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a pan-India and multiple offices environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field
- Prior experience in the education sector or consulting industry is a plus
