About the Job

We’re looking for a Senior Advertising Media Buyer to run and grow our paid media engine on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. This is a job with a lot of responsibility and individual contributions. You will be responsible for e-commerce revenue growth through performance advertising. You won’t have to deal with many approvals or committees. You will be in charge, have a budget, and be able to move quickly.

Since we are an AI-first company, we expect this person to be just as AI-native. They should use AI tools every day to plan, run, and improve campaigns.

Main Duties

  • Take charge of the entire paid media strategy for Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Get more sales and leads for NyxaLabs’ services, such as AI development, product engineering, e-commerce, growth marketing, and more.
  • When managing and allocating media budgets, closely monitor ROAS, CAC, and lead quality.
  • Use AI tools every day to speed up audience research, coming up with creative ideas, analyzing campaigns, and writing reports.
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, , and others to quickly and easily test ad ideas and copy.
  • Create and use A/B testing frameworks that use AI to come up with new ideas for creativity, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Use platform-native AI like Meta Advantage+, Google Smart Bidding, and Performance Max, but know when to trust or ignore the algorithm.
  • Use AI and scripting tools to automate reporting and workflow tasks so you have more time to think about strategy.
  • You can track your conversions and give credit for them in GA4, Meta Pixel, and other third-party tools.
  • Regularly send performance reports that provide clear, actionable insights linked to business results, rather than just vanity metrics.
  • To stay ahead of the competition, NyxaLabs needs to stay on top of changes to platforms, new AI technologies, and trends in the industry.

Skills and Qualifications Needed

  • 5+ years of real-world experience running paid ads on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with real budgets and revenue goals.
  • A history of using performance advertising to boost sales and pipeline growth for a tech, SaaS, or digital services brand
  • An AI-native working style means that you use AI tools every day, not just once in a while. For example, you might use ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to help you with strategy, writing, and reporting.
  • Creative AI: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, , Pencil, or Canva AI
  • Ad Automation & Analytics AI: Madgicx, Revealbot, Triple Whale AI, or something like that
  • A lot of experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaigns, ad sets, pixels, custom audiences, lookalikes, and Advantage+ campaigns
  • Good at using Google Ads for Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Good understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, UTM architecture, and attribution modeling
  • Have made ads that appeal to both technical and business decision-makers, like CTOs, founders, and product leaders.
  • Being able to use Excel or Google Sheets well and being comfortable making decisions based on data
