Ecommerce Manager

We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager who will own our entire online marketplace presence and D2C operations. You’ll be the person who ensures every platform is optimized, every listing is sharp, every campaign is tracked, and every opportunity is captured.

You’ll work directly with the founder and report into strategic decisions about channel expansion, product launches, and growth. This is a high-ownership role with real impact from day one.

What You’ll Own

• Manage seller accounts across Amazon India, Amazon US, Amazon UK, Flipkart, FirstCry, Cred, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other platforms
• Create and optimize product listings — titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, images
• Monitor and improve product rankings, reviews, and search visibility across all platforms
• Coordinate with ad agencies on Amazon and Flipkart PPC campaigns — track ACOS, TACoS, and ROAS
• Manage our D2C Shopify store — product pages, promotions, basic site updates
• Plan and create FBA shipments for Amazon India, US, and UK
• Track inventory levels across platforms and flag reorder needs
• Coordinate with warehouse team on dispatch and fulfillment
• Prepare shipment documentation for international orders
• Pull weekly sales data from all platforms and maintain the performance dashboard
• Support new product launches — listing creation, keyword research, competitive analysis

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or D2C brand management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (required) — listings, FBA, advertising console
• Familiar with at least 2-3 other platforms: Flipkart, FirstCry, Shopify, Blinkit, or similar
• Strong with Excel/Google Sheets — comfortable with data, pivot tables, basic formulas
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics: ACOS, TACoS, ROAS, conversion rate, BSR
• Detail-oriented and organized — you manage multiple accounts without dropping balls
• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Good written English — you’ll be writing listing copy and coordinating with agencies
• Based in or willing to commute daily to Sector 88, Noida

Bonus Points

• Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, UAE)
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, or website optimization
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing or email marketing tools
• Familiarity with D2C tools — Shopify, Shiprocket, Meta Ads Manager
• Prior experience in health, wellness, or FMCG brands

CTC: ₹25,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience). Full-time, on-site. 3-month probation period with confirmation based on performance. Immediate start preferred.
