We are looking for a committed, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional who can help us strengthen our team, processes, and culture.
Role Overview
The HR professional will be responsible for managing and improving core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance coordination, policy implementation, staff engagement, performance tracking, and HR process development. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to work closely with hospital leadership and staff across departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative roles
• Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, induction, and exit processes
• Maintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and compliance files
• Track attendance, leave records, staff rosters, and coordinate with payroll/accounting teams
• Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and employee discipline processes
• Help build performance review systems and staff evaluation processes
• Address employee concerns professionally and maintain healthy workplace communication
• Coordinate training programs, orientation sessions, and staff development initiatives
• Support HR compliance related to labor laws, statutory records, and hospital standards
• Assist management in strengthening HR systems, organizational structure, and accountability
• Contribute to employee engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in HR, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or service organization
• Good understanding of recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and HR operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Comfortable working in a structured yet fast-evolving environment
• Knowledge of HR software, payroll coordination, and compliance processes is an advantage
