Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide excellent customer support and resolve technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provide step-by-step solutions to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to the technical team when required
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and issues
  • Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of software, CRM tools, and computer systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
