We’re looking for an Artist Manager who can think strategically, move quickly, build strong relationships, and handle the reality of talent management.
What the role involves:
• Managing the day-to-day execution and overall growth of artists.
• Handling brand campaigns end-to-end, from pitching to negotiation to execution
• Working closely with talent on content direction, positioning, and digital growth
• Identifying the right partnerships, opportunities, and brand alignments
• Coordinating with external teams across production, staff, events, and travel
• Being present on sets and meetings as required
• Solving problems quickly, even when situations change last minute
You’re a fit if you:
• Have 0–3 years of relevant experience in celebrity or influencer management.
• Or are a fresher who genuinely understands this space and believes you can handle the pace and responsibility
• Know how to convince, negotiate, manage expectations, and build trust
• Are highly organised, sharp, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Understand social media, brand value, and long-term positioning
• Can think both creatively and commercially
• Are comfortable with a role that is fast-paced, demanding, and not always a 9–5
This role is for someone who wants to be in the thick of the entertainment and creator ecosystem and enjoys building careers, not just closing deals.
