ENABL3 is a fast-growing consultancy firm that specializes in digitizing shop-floor processes in the pharmaceutical industry. We are currently seeking ambitious individuals with 0-2 years experience who are either experienced MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) consultants or interested in becoming one. As we expand globally, we are looking for driven candidates to help deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives worldwide.
As an Associate Functional Consultant MES you will be part of the team that is working closely with our clients to understand their needs and guide them through their digital transformation journey. Comprehensive, in-depth and intensive training will be provided to you at the beginning of your engagement, to prepare you for success in the Life Sciences industry.
Qualification, Background, and Expertise
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree (Btech/BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biotech, & E&TC with specifically more than 7 CGPA score in college. No Backlogs
- Must have more than 80% marks in 10th and 12th academics.
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and detailed process maps that align with defined project requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability of workflows throughout the MES implementation lifecycle.
- Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality documentation, including Visio process diagrams and MES-specific technical configurations, to support effective system design and implementation.
- Independently analyze and troubleshoot basic technical or functional issues, applying structured problem-solving techniques and escalating complex matters when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Draft, review, and execute Acceptance Test Plans and test cases, ensuring that they align with business expectations and project specifications, and contribute to overall quality assurance.
- Communicate progress updates, identified risks, and planned activities clearly and professionally, both in written reports and during verbal discussions, to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks or delays and promptly communicate them to relevant team members or management to support timely risk mitigation.
- Notify the Team Leading Consultant and client representatives in advance of any planned absence or leave, ensuring proper handover of responsibilities and minimizing disruption to project activities.
- Maintain accurate and consistent planning of weekly and bi-weekly tasks, ensuring visibility and predictability of deliverables and personal workload.
- Present and demonstrate configured solutions or process improvements to internal teams or clients under the supervision of senior consultants, contributing to stakeholder understanding and engagement.
