Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Marketing Officer. The Sales Marketing Officer will actively participate in market research, build and execute marketing strategies, engage in product promotions on the grassroot levels, and drive sales by identifying potential customers and developing client relationships. The role requires collaboration with dealer/distributor network, engagement with farmers, conduct marketing campaigns for the company, and reporting performance metrics to achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research and identifying targeted customer segments
- Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales strategies
- Demonstrated skills in Communication and client relationship management
- Ability to work independently and achieve set sales and marketing goals
- Familiarity with agribusiness or agri-biotech products is a plus
- Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Agriculture, or related field
