Role Overview
This role is critical in supporting the architectural team across tender, planning, and project delivery stages. The position requires strong coordination between teams, with a particular focus on delivering technically accurate tender packages.
The candidate will be expected to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and ensure efficient collaboration between Tender, Planning, Structural Engineering (SE), and Building Regulations (BR) teams.
A key aspect of this role is the effective use of AI tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and workflow efficiency across architectural and project delivery processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare detailed tender drawings in line with UK standards and regulations (training will be provided)
Develop and coordinate full tender packages and express tenders, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Act as a bridge between Tender and Planning teams, coordinating with SE and BR teams for technical alignment
Prepare and maintain Scopes of Work, ensuring consistency with drawings and specifications
Support Project Managers with progress reports, highlighting risks, milestones, and actions
Work independently on allocated tasks while providing regular updates to senior team members
Assist in basic material take-offs to support project delivery and cost planning
Ensure all outputs are delivered primarily using Revit, maintaining high BIM standards
AI & Technology Expectations (Critical Requirement)
This role requires strong, hands-on expertise in AI tools and the ability to integrate them into daily workflows.
The candidate should:
Use AI tools to improve speed and accuracy in drawing production, documentation, and coordination
Leverage AI for automation of repetitive tasks, data handling, and report generation
Apply AI in design support, research, and optimisation of workflows
Stay updated with emerging AI tools relevant to architecture, construction, and project management
Demonstrate practical application of AI in past work, not just theoretical knowledge

Autodesk Revit (mandatory)
Autodesk AutoCAD
Microsoft Excel
Strong ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and workflows
Proven experience with AI tools in a professional setting
