Are you an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with deep expertise in Trade Settlements and Capital Markets?
We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale Settlements Transformation Programme driving strategic change across technology and operating models.
Role: VP – Settlements PM / BA
Experience: 10+ Years
Domain: Financial Services / Capital Markets
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex settlements transformation initiatives
- Drive business analysis across trade settlements flows (multiple asset classes)
- Define target state architecture, requirements & operating model
- Manage full lifecycle: Design → Requirements → Development → Testing → Deployment
- Create and secure approval for high-quality business requirement documentation
- Work closely with global senior stakeholders across Operations, Middle Office & Technology
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and act as a role model for junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 10+ years in Project Management & Business Analysis within financial institutions
✔️ Strong expertise in Trade Lifecycle & Settlements Processes
✔️ Deep understanding of Settlements Operating Model & Technology Architecture
✔️ Proven experience managing large global transformation programmes
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
✔️ Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite & JIRA
✔️ Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work in ambiguous environments
