Experience: 4-12 Year

Venue: Chennai Walkin location Chennai – SNR Kumaran Nagar, Sholinganallur, OMR, Chennai 600119, Tamil Nadu, India

Must Have:

• Experience implementing ITSM /ITAM solution using the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its relationship to asset management and IT service management processes
• Domain knowledge of SAM, HAM, CSDM, CMDB, and Intune is required
• Consulting experience is an added advantage
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, REST) and integrations
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude
• Required Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
