Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to support our rapidly expanding global luxury brand.

This is a full-time Hybrid role (Chandigarh-based) responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including:

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Onboarding and training workflows
  • Employee engagement initiatives
  • HR policy implementation
  • Compliance and documentation
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution

You will also:

  • Drive performance management programs
  • Foster a strong company culture across global teams
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across tech, marketing, ops & support
  • Build and implement HR processes, SOPs, and documentation
  • Oversee remote onboarding and training systems
  • Monitor KPIs, performance, and productivity
  • Manage contracts, HR records, and compliance globally
  • Support team communication across regions

Compliance & Operations (Critical)

  • Research and implement driver recruitment compliance
  • Ensure compliance for onboarding operators and chauffeurs
  • Understand and manage local regulations (UK, Europe, UAE, USA)
  • Maintain documentation for licensing, eligibility, onboarding

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of HR policy, compliance, and employee relations
  • Experience in performance management & employee engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience advising leadership on HR strategy
  • Proficiency in HR tools/software
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Certifications like SHRM / CIPD are a plus

  • Experience hiring tech teams (developers, QA, AI, etc.)
  • Experience in mobility, transport, or luxury service industry
  • Exposure to multi-country compliance frameworks
