Role Title: Immigration Sales Consultant (Inside Sales)

Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout (On-site) (Candidates must be available to work from our Whitefield office. Remote or work-from-home applicants will not be considered.)

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: 0 to 1.5 years of experience in immigration sales, visa consulting, or overseas education counseling.

Origovisa Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on consulting prospective clients interested in overseas immigration opportunities and converting qualified leads into successful visa applications.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about immigration sales, uphold professional ethics, and are committed to building a long-term career in the immigration consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct consultation calls and office meetings with prospective clients to understand their background, eligibility, and migration goals.
  • Recommend suitable immigration pathways such as Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, and Student Visa programs.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to nurture prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Present company services, pricing, and immigration processes clearly to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Handle client objections confidently while building trust and maintaining professionalism.
  • Coordinate with the visa operations team for smooth onboarding of clients post-sale.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective lead handling and service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to marketing.
  • Maintain accurate records and daily reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Candidates who are passionate to grow their career in Sales.
  • Languages: English and Hindi mandatory, ( Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be an added advantage ).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional ethics, presentable appearance, and confidence during office visits and client meetings.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to handle client objections effectively.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Clear and crystal communication in the mentioned languages.
