I’m looking for someone who knows how to build and scale QSR businesses—not just run them.
At KhanaKreations, we are building a multi-brand food business with a clear purpose:
“Deliciously Doing Good.” We are now at a stage where execution quality will define our growth.
What you will own
- Opening new QSR outlets end-to-end
From identifying the right location to setting up and running efficient operations
- Driving growth across channels
Scaling revenue at outlets and building additional streams through events and corporate catering
- Building operational backbone
Creating SOPs across kitchen, service, and inventory—and ensuring teams are trained and aligned
– Running the business like an owner
Understanding P&L, managing costs, and delivering strong unit economics
Who I am looking for
Someone who:
– Has demonstrated success in opening and scaling outlets. Has also built institutional and corporate catering business
– Understands numbers, margins, and profitability deeply
– Can build systems and train teams, not just manage daily operations
– Is a strong team player with solid value systems
– Connects with our purpose of building a business that delivers both growth and impact
This role will require ownership, clarity, and execution discipline.
Not supervision. Not hand-holding.
Compensation
