Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven GBP Activation & Compliance Specialist to create, verify, activate, and scale Google Business Profiles for healthcare clients. This role is highly execution-focused, with a core objective of maximizing live profiles, ensuring compliance, and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end GBP lifecycle: setup → verification → activation → optimization → monitoring
- Drive profile activations at scale with minimal delays
- Handle suspensions, reinstatements, duplicates, and ownership conflicts
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and verification processes
- Liaise with Google support and manage escalation workflows
- Optimize profiles using AI-driven local SEO strategies
- Track performance metrics: views, calls, clicks, and conversions
- Manage reviews and reputation workflows
- Ensure policy compliance and maintain structured reporting
Key KRAs & KPIs
- Profile Activation: # of profiles live, verification success rate, TAT
- Issue Resolution: Reinstatement success rate, resolution time, escalations closed
- Compliance: Policy adherence, audit scores, zero violations
- Performance: Search visibility, engagement metrics, profile completeness
- Client Delivery: SLA adherence, timely updates, satisfaction score
- Operations: SOP adherence, task closure rate, error reduction
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on GBP/GMB experience
- Expertise in verification, reinstatement, and compliance handling
- Strong understanding of Local SEO & NAP consistency
- Experience with AI tools for optimization and reporting
- Excellent client coordination and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience in Healthcare/Pharma domain
- Knowledge of reputation management & AI search visibility
