We are looking for creative and strategic professionals to collaborate with us on a project basis to develop innovative, profit-driven product ideas using advanced fiber laser cutting technology.

Role Overview – Project-Based Product Development (Remote)
This is not a typical job — we are seeking independent thinkers, innovators, and researchers who can:
- Develop unique product ideas using fiber laser cutting capabilities
- Conduct end-to-end research: concept → feasibility → costing → market demand → profitability
- Identify target industries, applications, and customers
- Build a complete business case for each product idea
- Suggest scalable and commercially viable solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or strong interest in product development, industrial design, or manufacturing
- Understanding of metal fabrication / laser cutting applications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to think creatively + commercially
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Freelancers, consultants, engineers, designers, and entrepreneurs are welcome
Project Scope
Each project should include:
- Product concept & design idea
- Use case and industry application
- Manufacturing feasibility (laser cutting based)
- Costing & pricing strategy
- Market research & demand validation
- Profitability and scalability analysis
