We have an immediate requirement for Azure Presales with our organization SHI Solutions India Pvt Ltd.

PFB JD:

Work Location – Hyderabad

Experience – 7-8yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Design end-to-end Azure and M365 architectures aligned to customer needs
• Lead solution discussions, technical workshops, and discovery sessions
• Create solution proposals, BoQs, effort estimates, and SOW inputs
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical inputs
• Deliver customer presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs
• Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation
• Support partner/vendor interactions (Microsoft, OEMs) for solution alignment and pricing

Core Technical Skills

Microsoft Azure

• Good understanding of Azure core services (VMs, Storage, Networking)
• Ability to design basic Azure architectures (Landing Zones, Hub-Spoke)
• Knowledge of Identity (Entra ID / Azure AD) and access control (RBAC)
• Experience with Backup & Disaster Recovery (Azure Backup, ASR)
• Basic exposure to security (Defender for Cloud, NSG, Firewall)
• Familiarity with monitoring (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)

Microsoft 365

• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams
• Understanding of Identity & Access (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access)
• Experience with M365 Security & Compliance (DLP, basic Defender)
• Endpoint management using Intune (basic to intermediate)
• Experience in M365 migrations (mailbox, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Cloud Migration

• Understanding of cloud migration approaches (Rehost, Replatform, basic Refactor)
• Experience in on-prem to Azure migration planning
• Familiarity with tools like Azure Migrate, ASR
• Ability to estimate migration effort, timelines, and dependencies
• Understanding of M365 tenant migrations and hybrid setups

General / Supporting Skills

• Ability to create high-level solution designs and estimates
• Basic knowledge of Azure & M365 licensing
• Familiarity with MSP / managed services environments
