WORK EXPERIENCE: 15 to 20 years POST CA Qualification, out of which 5 to 7 years at Senior Management Level.

JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Chief Finance Officer/ Finance Controller shall be responsible for all matters related to the Finance & Accounts department and will report to the CEO. He shall be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing independent assurance to the Management regarding the finalization and completeness of financials.
• Ensuring all statutory compliances.
• Managing the financial planning process, determining financial needs, cash flow management, and monitoring the adverse effects of exchange rates.
• Reviewing existing business control systems and improving them wherever required.
• Ensuring that financial reporting and planning for the business is reliable, timely, and effective while considering short to medium-term risks and business needs.
• Preparing quarterly, half-year, and yearly budget forecasts followed by actuals along with variance analysis and advising corrective actions.
• Meeting deadlines for cash flow, P&L, MIS, filing of returns, and payment of taxes and deductions.
• Close monitoring and coordination with internal auditors, statutory auditors until the finalization of P&L / balance sheet, and making presentations with information of MIS and detailed analysis for Board Meeting / requirement of CEO.
• Ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations (including GST, IGST, TDS, etc.), accepting notices, and coordinating responses in consultation with our retainers and advisors, along with participating in the preparation and resolution of matters under appeal at various stages of resolution.
• Managing contacts and relationships with bankers, lenders, auditors, consultants, customers, vendors, and various external government regulatory agencies.
