Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – Network DC provides technical leadership and service governance for Data Center network environments, including routing, switching, wireless, and virtual networking.
Key Responsibilities
– Technical leadership for Routing & Switching environments
– Design and governance of Cisco Catalyst and Nexus networks
– Lead enterprise wireless and VMware NSX implementations
– Handle critical incidents, RCA, and service improvements
– Ensure SLA, KPI, and operational excellence adherence
– Mentor engineers and interact with stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
– 6–10 years of Data Center Networking experience
– Minimum 6 years expert-level Routing & Switching (Catalyst, Nexus)
– Minimum 4 years Wireless implementation experience
– Minimum 5 years VMware NSX, DFW, and Firewall experience
– Conceptual understanding of DNS and SD-WAN
