Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Support channel partners in achieving their sales and revenue targets.
Track and monitor CP performance regularly to ensure consistent growth.
Franchisee Development & Management:
Identify potential areas for new franchise opportunities.
Onboard and train new franchisees in line with company policies.
Ensure continuous improvement and development of existing franchise partners.
Branding & Office Standards:
Monitor and maintain franchise office standards in accordance with company branding guidelines.
Conduct regular audits and provide feedback for improvement.
Network Upkeep & Expansion:
Support the expansion of the delivery and pickup network through strategic planning.
Ensure infrastructure and service levels are maintained at all channel partner locations.
Essential Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to convince and influence stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Desirable Skills:
Prior experience in the courier or logistics industry
Familiarity with franchisee business models
Operational knowledge of channel sales
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the courier or logistics industry
