Job Title: ERP Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking an ERP Analyst with hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience to support system configuration, workflows, reporting, and day-to-day ERP operations. This role provides L2/L3 support and partners with business users to deliver stable and effective Epicor Kinetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and system support for Epicor Kinetic across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Configure and maintain Kinetic workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, labels, and forms.
• Support UI and process enhancements using Application Studio.
• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues through root-cause analysis.
• Provide L2/L3 ERP application support and maintain support documentation.
• Support Kinetic upgrades, quarterly releases, and testing activities.
• Assist with integration, data migration, and production deployments.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials.
• Promote best practices and consistent system usage.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Experience with workflows, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards and reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience providing L2/L3 ERP application support.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Application Studio.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes.
• Experience with SSRS reports, labels, and forms.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs or system integrations.
• SQL or technical troubleshooting experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field.
• 5 – 7 years of Epicor ERP experience, preferably Kinetic.
