About Role-
We are seeking an experienced Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI Engineer who brings strong hands-on expertise across VMware virtualization, NSX networking, Windows/Linux infrastructure, and modern hybrid cloud operations. The role focuses on designing, deploying, managing, and supporting Azure Stack HCI environments integrated with on-premises datacenters and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate has deep understanding of hyperconverged infrastructure, cluster operations, compute/storage/network virtualization, and can operate seamlessly across Azure Arc-enabled services, VMware platforms, and traditional datacenter technologies.

What we are looking for-
Core Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI • Strong hands-on experience in Azure Stack HCI deployment, SDN, S2D, cluster management. • Azure Arc onboarding and administration skills. • Understanding of Azure Local SKU sizing, scale-out, and lifecycle management through Windows Admin Center. • Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN operations. • Knowledge of NSX-T/NSX-V, logical routing, distributed firewall rules, micro-segmentation. • VM migration strategies: VMware ↔ Azure Local ↔ Azure Cloud. Operating Systems & Platform • Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Failover Clustering). • Linux basics for VM management on HCI/VMware. • Patch management, update policies, and OS hardening knowledge.
