Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 6. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. 7. Knowledge of basic computer applications. 8.
