Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Boarding Gate Executive/Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the boarding process and ensuring the smooth flow of passengers through the airport. You will also assist in providing exceptional customer service to passengers, handling their inquiries and requests, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: – Manage the boarding process, including checking boarding passes, verifying passenger information, and ensuring timely boarding of flights – Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and other pre-boarding procedures – Handle passenger inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner – Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations – Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers – Coordinate with other airport departments and airlines to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers – Handle any issues or complaints from passengers and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary – Maintain a clean and organized boarding area – Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities – Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent – Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment – Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task – Familiarity with airport operations and procedures is a plus – Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage – Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays We offer competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
