Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Private Investor (Remote) for a new startup. The role involves evaluating, assessing, and managing investment opportunities within EHOTBOX’s growth strategies.
The Venture: A revenue-ready training startup with a consistent, validated inbound engine (2–4 high-intent leads daily for AI, Java, and others).
The Requirement: Capital Commitment + Strategic Oversight.
The Opportunity: We have solved the hardest part of any startup: Customer Acquisition. We have a steady stream of daily demand that currently exceeds our operational capacity. We are seeking a Co-Founder with the capital to build the infrastructure (LMS, hiring full-time elite trainers, marketing automation) to capture this market.
Who You Are: A high-net-worth individual, a former founder, Angel Investors, Operators, Strategic Partners or a senior executive with investable capital and the desire for founder-level equity. You aren’t looking for a “job”; you are looking to buy into a business with a proven lead-flow.
Your Role:
- Capital Infusion: Fund the initial scaling phase to move from a “lead-gen” model to a “high-throughput” academy.
- Financial Governance: Manage the P&L, burn rate, and unit economics.
- Strategic Growth: Help navigate the transition from a bootstrapped operation to a venture-backed EdTech brand.
Preferred:
✔ 10+ years in Retail / D2C / FMCG / Lifestyle / Wellness / EdTech or related verticals.
✔ Experience building brands from 0–1 or scaling early-stage ventures
✔ Strong omni-channel understanding (retail + digital + marketplace)
✔ Capital deployment discipline & break-even focus
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset over employee mindset
