Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) specializing in Hindi, based in Gwalior. The TGT (Hindi) will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging and effective Hindi language lessons according to the prescribed curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, assessing student progress, preparing and grading assignments, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and school activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hindi language teaching with strong skills in curriculum understanding and lesson planning
- Classroom management skills, with the ability to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate students effectively and provide constructive feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or related field; B.Ed. qualification preferred
- Relevant teaching certification or credentials, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
