About the role

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a sharp, results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. You’ll own paid campaigns across Google and Meta, manage client accounts in the US market, and work in sync with a USx-time shift. If you live and breathe ROAS, CPL, and scaling budgets — this one’s for you.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping
  • Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram — prospecting, retargeting, and scaling
  • Monitor daily budgets, bids, and performance metrics to hit client KPIs
  • Build audience strategies, A/B test creatives, and write clear ad copy
  • Create weekly performance reports and present insights to clients
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief ad assets (static, video, carousel)
  • Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends

What we’re looking for

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong grasp of performance metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV
  • Experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹10L+ or equivalent
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to write clear, conversion-focused ad copy
  • Comfortable working in US business hours
  • Strong communication skills — you’ll interact directly with US-based clients
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
