About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support Mr. Parmeshwar Rajbinde in managing daily schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily calendar, appointments, and meetings for the Director
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and event schedules
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
  • Assist in business coordination and follow-ups with team members
  • Support in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with senior management or directors
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Professional attitude with a proactive approach
  • Basic understanding of business operations
