Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong business mindset who can bridge product, marketing, and sales to improve user experience and drive platform growth.
This is not a project management role. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked closely with products, understands user behavior, and can translate insights into product improvements.
What You’ll Do
User Insights & Analytics
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams (primarily US-based) to understand user behavior and business goals
- Analyze user journeys, engagement metrics, and drop-off points across the platform
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and user experience
Product & Growth Strategy
- Translate user insights and business needs into clear product requirements
- Define and prioritize features and improvements that drive measurable impact
- Contribute to the product roadmap in collaboration with the Tech/Product leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to gather real user feedback
- Work closely with the Tech Manager and engineering team to align on execution and future roadmap
- Ensure alignment between business goals and product direction
Competitive & Market Analysis
- Study competitor products and user journeys to identify gaps and opportunities
- Bring external insights to improve product positioning and usability
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in product-focused roles (Product Manager, Product Analyst, Growth, or similar)
- Strong understanding of user behavior, funnels, and product analytics
- Ability to work with marketing and sales teams to drive product decisions
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect user needs to revenue impact
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Important Note
❌ This is not a Project Manager / Project Coordinator role
❌ Candidates with only client delivery or outsourcing project experience will not be a fit
✅ We are looking for candidates who have worked with products and user data directly
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
