About CredX

CredX is a Verified Hiring OS for the Indian job market. A production-grade, multi-user B2B SaaS platform two-sided, AI-integrated, and architecturally complex. Employers get a full ATS with structured hiring pipelines, role-based access, and verified talent pools. Candidates move through verification workflows across identity, education, and employment to earn a trust badge that changes how they get hired.

Five distinct user roles. Dozens of interconnected workflows. Unlimited edge cases. This is not a landing page redesign. This is systems-level design work on a platform that has to be powerful and effortless at the same time.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer who thinks in systems before they think in screens. You will own the end-to-end design of CredX from information architecture and user flows to pixel-perfect UI across every user surface: Super Admin, Talent Admin, Hiring Manager, Recruiter, and Candidate.

You are not decorating a product. You are defining how it feels to use one.

The right person for this role gets uncomfortable with vague wireframes. They ask what happens when the verification fails, when a candidate has duplicate documents, when a hiring manager rejects without reason, when a plan downgrades mid-cycle. They design for the edge case, not the happy path.

What You Will Own

• End-to-end product design across all five user roles every screen, every state, every edge case

• Information architecture and navigation systems for a complex multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform

• AI-integrated workflow design surfaces where Clara AI surfaces risk scores, flags anomalies, and assists hiring decisions must feel intelligent without feeling overwhelming

• Verification pipeline UX multi-step document submission, real-time status tracking, and failure state handling that keeps candidates informed without creating drop-off

• ATS interface design job creation, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, structured feedback, and role-based permission visibility across Hiring Manager and Recruiter surfaces

• Design system ownership components, tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation that the Angular frontend team can implement without ambiguity

• Subscription and billing UI plan selection, seat management, upgrade and downgrade flows, and mid-cycle change confirmations that handle complexity without confusing the user

• Collaboration with engineering specs tight enough that there is no design-to-dev translation loss

What We Require

• 3+ years of product design experience on complex B2B SaaS or enterprise-grade products

• A portfolio that proves you can design complex multi-step workflows, not just clean dashboards we will look for edge case handling, empty states, error states, and loading states

• Deep Figma expertise components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and handoff specs

• Strong UX thinking you can map a 12-step workflow, identify where users will drop off, and redesign the flow before writing a single frame

• UI craft that is professional, modern, and visually distinctive not templated, not generic

• Experience designing role-based interfaces where different users see different capabilities on the same platform

• Ability to translate ambiguous product requirements into concrete, reviewable design decisions you give the team clarity, not more questions

• Understanding of frontend constraints you know what is easy to build in Angular and what is expensive, and you design accordingly

What Separates the Best Candidate

• You have designed AI-assisted interfaces where the system makes recommendations and the user makes decisions you know how to present AI output without it feeling like a black box

• You have worked on a platform with 5+ user roles and you understand how permission logic changes UX decisions

• You have strong opinions on micro-interactions, transition logic, and feedback states and you can articulate why they matter for trust and engagement

• You treat the design system as a product in itself

Tools

Figma, FigJam — everything else is secondary

Why CredX

• Design ownership from day one on a platform that has never had a dedicated senior designer

• Direct collaboration with the founding team your decisions will ship, not sit in a backlog

• A product complex enough to genuinely challenge you

• The opportunity to define the visual and interaction identity of a platform being built for one of India’s most broken markets

How to Apply

Send your portfolio and resume to with a short note on:

1. The most complex B2B workflow you have designed — what made it hard and how you solved it
