To support our growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who understands cybersecurity, respects the buyer’s intelligence, and knows how to clearly communicate value.

What this role is really about

This role is for someone who:

  • Has a proven sales track record in cybersecurity or adjacent domains
  • Understands cybersecurity solutions AND professional services
  • Can articulate “why this matters” to CISOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
  • Enjoys consultative selling and long-term client relationships

You’ll work closely with our consulting and delivery teams to position Fluidech as a trusted cybersecurity partner, not just another vendor.

What you’ll be selling

You’ll be responsible for business development across areas such as:

  • Cybersecurity consulting & advisory services
  • VAPT, red team, and security assessments
  • SOC, SIEM, and managed security services
  • Cloud & application security
  • GRC, compliance (ISO 27001, regulatory frameworks), and risk services

Your success will come from understanding client pain points and mapping them to the right mix of solutions and services.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive new business development for cybersecurity solutions and professional services
  • Own the sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal and closure
  • Engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT heads, and security decision-makers
  • Clearly articulate Fluidech’s value proposition, differentiation, and outcomes
  • Work closely with technical and consulting teams to build winning proposals
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic accounts

What we’re looking for

This role is a strong fit if you have:

  • Proven sales performance in cybersecurity or closely related domains
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and professional services
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills—spoken and written
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Willingness to work full-time from our Gurgaon office

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience selling cybersecurity consulting or managed services
  • Exposure to compliance-driven or risk-led sales conversations
  • Strong proposal writing and client presentation skills
