Business Development Associate

Your Day Makers is a design-led event styling & décor company creating immersive experiences for weddings/celebrations, restaurants, and lifestyle companies — from festive installations and brand events to wedding proposals and birthdays.

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to drive revenue by converting inbound Meta (Instagram) ad leads into décor projects and building partnerships within the event and hospitality ecosystem. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Management: Consistently exceed sales targets by converting leads generated via Facebook ad campaigns into paying clients. Deliver exceptional customer service for clients inquiring about our services
• Business Development: Build and nurture partnerships with wedding planners, event agencies, luxury hotels, restaurants, and venue teams. Identify collaboration opportunities that can generate recurring décor projects and long-term revenue
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with the internal design and operations teams to translate client requirements into actionable project briefs. Ensure smooth handovers post-closure to maintain execution quality
• Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business. Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement to build a sustainable project pipeline

Salary Range: 3.6L to 6L

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year prior industry-related business development experience
• Excellent communication skills & a passion for sales
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Base location – Mumbai
