What you’ll own: End-to-end social media growth and influencer marketing for multiple premium brands. Activations, shoots, content, UGC, and creator relationships. This isn’t a scheduling-posts role. This is strategy + execution + relationships.
Non-negotiables: → 2-3 years running successful influencer marketing campaigns (show us the results) → Existing influencer connects across lifestyle, luxury, beauty, D2C, or tech → Proven track record of growing social media accounts. Not just managing them. → Hands-on experience with content shoots, UGC coordination, and brand activations
What we expect: → Identify, negotiate with, and manage influencer partnerships end to end → Plan and execute social media calendars that actually drive engagement, not just fill grids → Coordinate content production. Reels, carousels, stories, shoots. → Track performance, optimize campaigns, and report with clarity → Stay plugged into what’s trending without being a slave to trends
Good to have: → Experience working with premium or luxury brands → Basic understanding of performance marketing and paid amplification → A genuine feel for what makes content scroll-stopping vs. skippable
