Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Executive – Digital Marketing to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies. You’ll work closely with the marketing leadership to drive performance across channels, track data-driven KPIs, and support content and campaign initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp), and LinkedIn.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SEO analysis to support paid and organic campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, charts) and prepare performance dashboards and actionable insights.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and engagement metrics.
- Support the content team with creative input and copy for social media posts, blog articles, and landing pages.
- Collaborate on audience segmentation strategies to tailor content and campaigns to specific customer segments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and algorithm changes to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and basic SEO.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling, visualization, and analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A growth mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Digital Marketing.
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Canva.
- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
