Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and scale the Home Loan vertical within the Builder Channel business. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, and operational excellence, with a strong understanding of the home loan ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage loan solutions within the Builder Channel segment.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for home loan sourcing and client engagement.
  • Formulate and execute business strategies to accelerate loan sourcing and disbursement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with city and business heads to ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to disbursement.
  • Identify process gaps and lead strategic interventions for efficiency and better conversion.
  • Track performance metrics, ensuring business growth and profitability in line with organisational goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, lending policies, and competition to drive informed decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 8–15 years of experience in Home Loans / Mortgage / BFSI domain, with exposure to builder relationships.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and business development.
  • Strong understanding of loan processes — from sourcing to disbursement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
