Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an Accountant based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Accountant will oversee daily financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, reconciling accounts, and monitoring expenses. Responsibilities also include ensuring tax compliance, conducting audits, and supporting financial decision-making through detailed reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and cash flow managemen
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting certification such as CA (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
