Job Description :
Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery for Materials Management (MM) with Warehouse Management (WM)/Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across greenfield implementations and multi-country rollouts. Own global template definition for Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and warehouse operations; ensure scalable integrations with SD/PP/FI and external logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the global template for P2P, inventory, and warehouse processes (inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, cross-docking, physical inventory).
- Architect EWM solutions (decentralized/embedded), slotting, labor management, wave management, yard and dock appointment scheduling.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle: Explore/Design → Build/Unit Test → SIT/UAT → Cutover & Go‑Live → Hypercare.
- Establish integration patterns: MM–SD, MM–PP, EWM with TM/GTS, 3PL interfaces, label printing, RF devices, barcode/scan flows.
- Direct data migration (materials, bins, storage types, HU, WM/EWM masters), mock loads, and reconciliation.
- Create HLD/LLD, interface specs (IDoc/API), WRICEF inventory, and warehouse automation designs.
- Drive rollout governance (fit-to-standard, local legal/statutory needs, plant/site enablement).
- Lead performance tuning (queue management, wave templates, resource optimization), and resiliency (fallback to WM, contingency picks).
- Manage stakeholder alignment (Supply Chain, Warehouse Ops, Procurement, Finance) and conduct training/workshops.
- Coach MM/EWM consultants; enforce design standards and documentation quality.
